Q.  What can I expect at a Dinner Thyme Solution session?

A.  Everything you’ll need to take the hassle out of dinner time.  We’ve designed the menus, shopped, chopped, and prepared the ingredients, so you just have fun preparing your dinners.  Once you arrive, our staff will check you in and give you a tour of our kitchen.  You'll receive a list of the entrees that you ordered, then pick a station and begin.  You’ll leave with 8 or 12 dinners for your family, packaged in either aluminum containers for oven cooking, or zip-lock freezer bags for crock-pot or saucepan cooking.

 

Q.  Am I really saving money with your service?

A.  Dinner Thyme Solution is committed to offer the best value for your money. 

Choose from three options 

·          12 Dinners             $214.00 plus tax, $17.82 per entree or $2.97 per serving

·             8 Dinners             $159.00 plus tax, $19.98 per entree or $3.33 per serving 

·             1 Dinner               $   23.50 plus tax, $3.92 per serving

Q.  How many people will each menu item serve?

A.  Each dinner you prepare serves between 4 -6 people, depending on appetitie size.  All of our portions are hearty and filling, and make great leftovers for your next day's lunch. 

 

Q. That’s a lot of food.  What if I have a smaller family?

A.  You can arrange most dinner in two half size packages, just thaw and cook as needed.  Or, bring a friend and split the dinners -- that’s 24 total dinners to share between two families.  

 

Q. Can I choose the same menu item more than once during a session?

A. To accommodate the flow of our sessions, we ask that you limit your selection of the same item to no more than two.

 

Q. What do I need to bring to a session?

A. For maximum food safety, please bring a cooler to carry home your dinners.  Card board boxes or laundry basket will also work in a pinch. 

 

Q. My family has food allergies, can I still use your service?

A. For maximum safety, please inform us of any food allergies prior to your scheduled session.  We will do our best to assist with substitutions or changes to accommodate your needs.

 

Q.  We love (hate) spicy food.  Can we adjust your recipes?

A.  YES!  We provide a variety of spices to be customized to your taste.  We will also assist with changes to recipes if you don’t care for a particular ingredient.

 

Q. How do I pay?

A. You pay when you sign up for a session. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Checks, or Cash.

 

Q. How do I reschedule?

A. We will be glad to help with rescheduling, just give us a call.  Please give us 5 days notice for any cancellations.
